It's a mammal. I t has got wings and fins. Its skin is dry. They have babies. They eat apples. They can fly, jump, swim and walk. They live in Europe in the Mountains.

Recipe

Cannelloni of ham and rice

• PREPARATION: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

• 6 steak of “Jamón York”
• Rice (2 cups)
• Salt
• Ripe tomato
• 1 onion
• Grated cheese
• 2-3 cloves of garlic

PREPARATION:

• Boil the rice with two or three cloves of garlic.
• Drain the rice and remove the garlic
• Lightly fry the onion with the tomato
• Once the tomato sauce is ready, add the rice
• Spread the ham steaks and make cannelloni with rice
• Put them in a grill oven with grated cheese fin that are golden
• Serve warm.
