Recipe


Cannelloni of ham and rice
  • PREPARATION: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 steak of “Jamón York”
  • Rice (2 cups)
  • Salt
  • Ripe tomato
  • 1 onion
  • Grated cheese
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
PREPARATION:
  • Boil the rice with two or three cloves of garlic.
  • Drain the rice and remove the garlic
  • Lightly fry the onion with the tomato
  • Once the tomato sauce is ready, add the rice
  • Spread the ham steaks and make cannelloni with rice
  • Put them in a grill oven with grated cheese fin that are golden
  • Serve warm.
