Cannelloni of ham and rice
- PREPARATION: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
- 6 steak of “Jamón York”
- Rice (2 cups)
- Salt
- Ripe tomato
- 1 onion
- Grated cheese
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
PREPARATION:
- Boil the rice with two or three cloves of garlic.
- Drain the rice and remove the garlic
- Lightly fry the onion with the tomato
- Once the tomato sauce is ready, add the rice
- Spread the ham steaks and make cannelloni with rice
- Put them in a grill oven with grated cheese fin that are golden
- Serve warm.
